Guidelines for preparation of brochures / selling plans.

Preparation of municipal drawings with area calculations as per the Municipal / Government authority bye-laws.

Obtaining drawing sanctions from municipal authorities for buildings and layouts.

Compiling all the drawings and preparing the detailed working drawing.

Visit the execution work periodically, to solve any queries.

Visit the site to inspect and certify quality and workmanship of every construction activity.

To prepare preliminary estimates.

To prepare and give perspective / 3D view of the project.

Preparation of tender documents, calling tenders, selection of contractors at various stages of work.

Certify interim payments / bills of contractors at various stages of work.

Suggest material specification to be used for the construction work.

Settle the disputed bills of the contractors

Attend meetings with the contractors, consultants and government authorities.

Give the detailed drawings for the changes as per the extra amenities demanded by the clients.

2. Site supervision: -

Visit the execution work periodically, to solve any queries.

Visit the site to inspect and certify quality and workmanship of every construction activity.

Certify interim payments / bills of contractors at various stages of work.

3. Measurements and billing services: -

To take and maintain the register of joint measurements of completed works periodically

To prepare running account bills for work done by the contractors

4. Quality control services: -

Check the quality of all materials received on site.

Check the stacking and storage of materials systematically.

To issue NOC to ensure preliminary preparations of different stages of the work related activities as per format.

Observation of defects in materials received on site.
